Software for a multi-partner CA firm: who does it, who checks it, who signs it.
Past a certain size the work is not the problem. Knowing where it stands is. CA Bundals gives each person the clients and apps that are theirs, puts a partner between prepared and signed, and shows every partner the same numbers on Monday morning.
Who is carrying what before the dates bunch up, with a suggested reassignment.
Eight of the 30 apps are about running the firm itself
These are the ones that start to matter when there is more than one partner.

There are four roles: partner, manager, staff and article. Partners and managers see every client. Staff and articles can be limited to the clients assigned to them, and one client can be given to different people for different work: one for GST, another for payroll. A partner or manager decides who can use which app. A file can be hidden from a person, view-only, or downloadable.
- Opening a saved portal password needs a reason, and the reason is logged
- Season mode freezes settings for everyone but partners in the weeks you choose
- A login cannot be removed until its clients and open work have moved to someone else
A partner stands between prepared and signed.
Work that staff finish goes to a sign-off queue that shows what is waiting and for how long. Only a partner can approve, and a withdrawal keeps its reason. A UDIN is recorded against the partner who signs. A certificate passes a reviewer, a partner or a manager, before the signature.
- One UDIN register across partners, with filters and CSV
- Review notes on audit files, answered step by step
- A quality file with procedures, owners and evidence, and a pack to print
The numbers partners look at on Monday.
Reports show what is done and what is at risk by month, by kind of work and by person. Fee ageing shows who owes what. Unbilled work shows what was finished and never billed. Time entries, where your people keep them, are set against fees billed to give realisation. Every report exports to CSV.
- Leads, follow-ups and fee proposals in one pipeline, with referrals
- Payroll for your own staff, visible to partners only
- Articles’ records, leave and CPE hours
What it does for a larger firm, and what it does not
What it does
- Gives each login a role, its own clients and its own apps
- Makes partner sign-off a step that cannot be skipped
- Shows load for the next 14 days and reassigns in one click
- Sets time against fees for realisation, and ages what is unpaid
- Keeps a quality file, an audit log and a single UDIN register
What it does not do
- Have branches as a separate level. A firm is one workspace, with no branch-wise report or branch login group
- Work out partners’ profit shares or capital accounts
- Message your staff on WhatsApp or SMS. Reminders to staff show inside the product
- Submit returns or connect to a government portal. Your people do that
- Let AI decide who does what. The capacity suggestion is arithmetic on open work
Questions partners ask before moving a firm
Not as a separate level. One firm is one workspace. You can limit each person to their own clients, which covers much of what a branch split is for, but there is no branch-wise report.
Yes. Any partner can approve in the sign-off queue, and a UDIN is recorded against the partner who signed. Each signing partner’s membership number is kept for the format check.
No. Plans are for the whole firm, not per client and not per user. They differ in the apps and limits they include; the pricing page has the table.
Their clients and open work have to move to someone else first. The login cannot be removed until they have.
Inside the product: on the dashboard and against the work itself. Staff are not messaged on WhatsApp or SMS. Clients are, from your firm’s own number.

Dates, form numbers, rates and limits on this page are the product’s defaults for FY 2026-27. Verify each against the current notification. The firm, staff and clients in the screens are demo data, and the screens are drawings, not photographs.

Every firm starts with 14 days of all 30 apps. No setup fee. Plans and limits are on the pricing page.
