What happens after the 14 days?

You choose a plan, or the firm moves to Free. Nothing is deleted. On Free you keep working on 5 clients; everything else stays readable.

What happens when I reach a limit?

You can still see and download everything. You cannot add another client, staff login or file until you move up a plan. The app shows how close you are from the first day.

Is this per client or per user?

Neither. It is one price for the firm, up to the limits of the plan.

Do you give refunds?

No. Plan fees are final once paid. That is why every firm gets 14 days of everything and a Free plan first: try it with your own clients, and buy only when you are sure. Read the policy.

Can I move down a plan?

Yes. Nothing is deleted. Apps above your plan become read-only, so what you entered in them can still be opened.

Can I look inside an app from a higher plan?

Yes. For the first 14 days you have every app. After that a locked app shows what it does and which plan has it, and anything already in it opens read-only.

Do you charge for WhatsApp?

No. You connect your own WhatsApp Business number and Meta bills you for messages directly.
