ROC compliance software for CA firms: every company and LLP, form by form.
Annual forms for each company, OPC and LLP on their own tracks, the meetings that set those dates, the registers, and the signatures you need on the day. You still fill and upload the forms on the MCA portal. CA Bundals makes sure the date, the papers and the DSC are ready first.
A company, an OPC and an LLP owe different forms. The calendar knows which is which.
Eight of the 30 apps serve company work
Forms first, then being ready on the day.

Say what the client is and the calendar lays out its year. A private limited company gets its annual accounts and annual return forms, the return of deposits and director KYC. An OPC gets its own shorter set. An LLP gets Form 11 and Form 8 and none of the company forms. Forms that follow an event are added when the event happens.
- The additional fee that is running shows as exposure on each open form
- Every row says why it applies
- The acknowledgement number is recorded after you upload, and shows in the client’s portal
Each date and fee is a default from the rule table. Verify against the Act, the rules and current circulars.
Hold the meeting here, and its forms appear on the calendar.
Company Secretarial keeps each company’s master: directors with DIN and KYC status, auditors, members and charges. Schedule a board meeting, an AGM or an EGM and the statutory checks show beside it: the gap between meetings, the notice period, the last date for the AGM. Build the agenda from resolution templates, record attendance and quorum, and draft the minutes.
- When a meeting is marked held, the forms it triggers go into the ROC calendar with their dates
- Notice, agenda, certified true copies and minutes print on the client company’s letterhead
- Registers of members, directors, charges, transfers and allotments, built from the share events, with a cap table
The DSC is in the drawer, and it has not expired.
Many late forms are late for a dull reason: the signature expired, or nobody knows who has the token. DSC & Vault keeps every certificate with its expiry and who holds the token, and the client confirms each hand-over with a one-time code. Portal logins are kept encrypted, and opening one needs a reason that is logged.
- Expiry reminders to the client ahead of the date, from your own WhatsApp number
- Renewal orders with your vendor: the cost, your fee and whether the client has paid
- You buy the DSC from your vendor as today. Nothing is ordered from here
What this ROC software does, and what it leaves to you
What it does
- Lays out annual and event-driven forms by entity type, with the exposure on each
- Runs meetings, minutes and statutory registers for each company
- Gives printable statements and a data sheet to key into the form
- Tracks DSC expiry, token custody and portal logins
- Bills your fee and the challan together
What it does not do
- Fill, sign or upload an e-form. You do that on the MCA portal
- Make AOC-4 XBRL
- Bring company or director data from MCA. The master is what you enter
- Buy or renew a DSC, or pay a challan
- Give legal advice. Templates are starting points to review

Yes. A director opens the notice or the signed minutes in the client portal with a one-time code and acknowledges. You can send the link on WhatsApp.
