Staff who do one kind of work all day open that app: the GST app, the TDS app, Invoicing. A partner on a call with a client opens that client’s folder and sees filings, documents, fees, tokens and originals together. Both views read the same records, so nothing is typed twice.
Each login sees only what it should.
Roles for partner, manager, staff and article. A restricted login sees only the clients and services assigned to it, and file access is set per client: none, view only, or download.

No. CA Bundals runs in the browser on a computer or a phone. The only thing you may install is the small Tally connector, and only if you want Tally sync for clients whose books you keep.

Whoever you allow. File access is set per login and per client, and downloads, reveals and approvals are written to an audit log a partner can read.
No. You connect your firm’s own WhatsApp Business number through Meta, and Meta bills you for messages directly. Without it, each message opens in WhatsApp on your phone to send by hand.
No. For the firm’s own payroll, each person sees only their own payslips. The payroll itself is visible to partners only.
